Success stories:

The scope of project was to study business processes and to carry forward development of enterprise solution phase II, integrating workflow of departments. The main objectives included requirement analysis of existing procedures, development of enterprise solution with 18 application modules, upgrade GIS platform to latest versions, apply database standards, system integration and user training.

For this comprehensive GIS initiative, scope included multiple meetings with stakeholder departments, understanding integrated workflow, and spatial requirements, study of various data sources and available data in different formats, data cleaning, migration to latest ESRI versions, geodatabase standardization, development of prototypes and main applications, system testing and implementation, and conduct sessions for user training on spatial technology, training on applications specific to the departments and centralized database.

The successful implementation of an Enterprise GIS (Geographic Information System) for RCY comprising 22 departments and over 200 active users marked a transformative milestone in harnessing the power of spatial data to drive efficiency, collaboration, and informed decision-making. By unifying disparate data sources, streamlining workflows, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration, the Enterprise GIS not only enhances operational efficiency but also empowers stakeholders at all levels with actionable insights derived from spatial analysis.

Property managenemt system streamlines property management with a Unified System. This web-based system simplifies housing and commercial leasing management. Users can store and access property data in one place including location, floor plans, road & utilities, public amenities, photographs in a geographical context.

The commercial leasing module supports commercial units lease management, managing licenses for units, rental details, penalty clause for delays, reports generation, contract registration, floor/shop plan display and periodic reports.

PMS is integrated with e-services to further streamline workflows for added convenience.

The solution scope was to automate the workflow and operation of Economic & Planning Department, RCY supported by GIS to collect, processe, disseminates statistical data and to analyze the distribution of population, social, economic data.
