Emergency Response Management System (ERMS) is a vital strategic tool for the Industrial Security Department, RCY offering a centralized repository of information to fortify resilience, ensure swift response, and mitigate risks to operational continuity. Designed with the goal of protecting assets, employees, and the security of operational facilities, an ERMS represents a proactive approach to crisis preparedness and response. At its core, the ERMS serves as a comprehensive framework, encompassing a range of major functionalities meticulously crafted to address the multifaceted challenges posed by emergencies.

Mobile GIS app has separate interfaces for the organization users and public users. It allows data sharing, update, and alerts between departments. App notifies nearest patrol vehicle for incidents. For the public user, app provides tools to create incident, send SoS, complaints, and reports.

The system streamlines the oversight and maintenance of RCY's infrastructure, including roadways, pavements, traffic markings, and street furniture. This comprehensive solution has automate and enhanced existing workflows for the Roads & Landscaping, Transportation & Equipment, and Sanitation departments within RCY.

The project's scope involved implementing a comprehensive fleet management solution for security and public service departments. The solution, known as Fleetweb, encompasses desktop, web, and mobile modules, catering to the monitoring and control needs of over 900 vehicles across 44 fleets. Utilizing heavy to light tracking models depending on type of vehicle, Fleetweb offers real-time and on-demand graphical displays of vehicle positions, enabling organizations to track vehicles, drivers, and journeys efficiently.

One of Fleetweb's key functionalities is its Vehicle Tracking System (VTS), which provides continuous monitoring of vehicle locations, stores critical messages and conversations exchanged between control room authorities and personnel. With its user-friendly interface and advanced features, VTS empowers organizations to optimize fleet operations, enhance driver safety, and improve overall efficiency.
